Verify Plant Health
If your plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, please take a clear photo within 21 days of delivery to qualify for our live-arrival guarantee.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or replace to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Hard Goods
For non-living items like terrariums or displays, ensure they are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent breakage during the return transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your healthy replacements.
